Karishma Sawant, best known for her portrayal of Aarohi, bids a heartfelt farewell to the long-running series, "Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai" (YRKKH), as it moves into its fourth generation, produced by Rajan Shahi's Directors Kut Production.

"Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has changed my life. I became an actor on the set; what else can I say? It gave me the career I had always dreamed of," she states with heartfelt gratitude.

The process of shooting the final segments of the show has been an emotional journey for the actress. "Well, I did not expect it to be emotional. I thought I would be fine, but I did end up getting emotional. I'm not only going to miss the offscreen bonds, but also the characters. I'll miss the world we created," she adds.

Reflecting on her experiences with the character of Aarohi, who received immense love from the audience, Karishma shares, "I will cherish the memories created with the entire team and that set, which felt like home. I loved playing Aarohi. Her character evolved over time, and witnessing how life changed her was nothing short of phenomenal. She lived solely for her daughter. It taught me that motherhood can be a transformative and beautiful experience."

The sibling bond between Akshara and Aarohi has been a central theme of the series. Karishma comments on their relationship, saying, "Akshara and Aarohi’s relationship wasn't always easy, but one thing was certain: deep down, family is family, and they always knew they could rely on each other in times of trouble."
