World Mental Health Day: Celebs Share Their Go-To Tips for Staying Energized and Positive

As we observe World Mental Health Day on 10th October, the conversation around mental well-being has never been more important. Mental health plays a crucial role in our overall wellness, and finding ways to nurture it is essential for leading a balanced life. Celebrities share simple yet effective tips that help them stay grounded, energized, and positive. From meditation and self-care routines to activities that boost their mood, these stars open up about the steps they take to maintain their mental health and well-being. Let's hear from them as they offer two tips to perk up your mood and boost your energy.

Megha Sharma
To take care of my mental health, I make sure to spend time with myself, take myself on a solo date . I have a word with self because I believe self talk is very important. Talking and sharing moments with family and friends helps me feel better. I also enjoy activities like yoga and meditation, which help calm my mind and keep me centred. The two things I do to boost my mood are I enjoy listening to my favourite songs. Music has a magical way of changing my mood and giving me energy when I need it. And taking myself on a solo date is something that just cheers me up. It’s very important to enjoy your own company before you start to spend time with someone else.

Monika Singh
To take care of my mental health, I focus on things like meditation, exercise, yoga, and other outdoor activities. I’m more of an introvert, so while I enjoy spending time with my friends, I also need some alone time to recharge. It's not always necessary to be around people—sometimes, being surrounded by too many can trigger a weird sort of anxiety. So, I like to be by myself at times. Two things I find really helpful for mental health are practicing gratitude and doing things that bring me happiness. Be thankful for everything in your life, no matter how small it seems. Do what makes you happy and relaxed, whether it’s playing games, listening to music, dancing, or anything else that you enjoy. Simple things like these can help improve your mood and energy levels.

I make sure to take breaks when needed, practice meditation, and spend time doing things I love, like working out or just having quiet time to myself. It helps me stay grounded and balanced. One thing I always do is take a break and go for a walk in nature—it really helps clear my mind. Another thing is to listen to music; it instantly lifts my spirits and gives me energy.
